Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Easy Draft website (easydraftonline.com) and the Easy Draft browser-based floor plan editor (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
Easy Draft is a browser-based tool for sketching residential floor plans, dimensioning them, and exporting PDFs intended for personal planning, contractor coordination, and preliminary submission to building departments.
Your account
Once you purchase Easy Draft, you'll set a password to access your account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@easydraftonline.com.
License
When you purchase Easy Draft, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own personal or commercial residential drafting work, including for projects you produce for clients.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Easy Draft software itself.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent allowed by law.
- Use the Service to build a competing product.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices on the Service or in exported files.
Payment
Easy Draft is a one-time purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars and listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, who handles tax collection and remittance where applicable.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Distribute malware or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
- Scrape, automate, or load-test the Service in ways that disrupt it for other users.
- Misrepresent affiliation with us or imply endorsement we haven't given.
Your content
The floor plans you draw are yours. We don't claim ownership of them, and we don't store them on our servers — they live on your device. You're responsible for backing them up. We aren't responsible for content you lose due to browser issues, device failure, or local file deletion.
Our intellectual property
The Easy Draft software, branding, marketing pages, and underlying technology are owned by us. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Service, not ownership of it.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that exported plans will be accepted by any specific building department, contractor, or other third party. Building codes vary by jurisdiction and change over time. You are solely responsible for verifying that your plans comply with applicable codes and for any decisions you make based on the Service's output.
Easy Draft is a planning tool, not a substitute for professional engineering, architectural, or legal advice. For projects requiring stamped drawings, structural calculations, or code compliance review, consult a licensed professional.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms — for example, by violating the acceptable use rules above. We'll give you reasonable notice when we can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date when we do. For material changes, we'll notify account holders by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
