Privacy Policy
Easy Draft ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and the Easy Draft floor plan editor, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Account information
When you buy Easy Draft, we collect the email address you provide at checkout. After purchase you set a password, which is stored as a one-way hash by our authentication provider — we never see or store your password in plain text.
Purchase information
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as our Merchant of Record. They collect and store your billing information (name, billing address, payment card details) under their own privacy policy. We receive only your email address, the product you bought, and an order ID — we do not see or store payment card details.
Your floor plans
The drawings you create in the Easy Draft editor stay on your device. They live in your browser's local storage or as files you save and download. We do not upload, copy, or store your floor plans on our servers.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested paths, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. These are retained for a short period and not used to build profiles about you.
How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account.
- To deliver the Easy Draft editor and unlock features you've purchased.
- To send transactional emails — password setup, password resets, purchase receipts. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
Third parties we use
We use a small number of trusted services to run Easy Draft. Each has its own privacy practices:
- Supabase — stores your account and entitlements.
- Lemon Squeezy — processes payments as Merchant of Record.
- Resend — delivers transactional emails.
- Cloudflare — hosts and serves the site.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie / browser-storage value to keep you logged in. It is set by our authentication provider when you sign in and cleared when you sign out. We do not use marketing or analytics cookies.
Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons (for example, purchase records for tax compliance).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@easydraftonline.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents may exercise rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR by contacting us at the address above.
Children
Easy Draft is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify account holders by email.
