We want you to be happy with Easy Draft. If you're not, we'll refund your purchase — no hard feelings, no interrogation.
30-day money-back guarantee
For 30 days after your purchase, you can request a full refund for any reason or no reason at all. You don't need to justify your request, fill out a survey, or jump through any hoops.
How to request a refund
Email support@easydraftonline.com with:
- The email address you used at checkout, and
- Your order number (it's on your purchase receipt from Lemon Squeezy).
A short note about why you're returning isn't required, but if there's something we got wrong we'd genuinely like to know — it helps us improve.
How long it takes
We'll process the refund within 2 business days. Once we initiate it, the funds typically take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank.
What happens to your account
When we issue a refund, your access to paid features is removed and your watermarked-export status is restored. Any drawings you've created stay on your device — we never had them on our servers, so we can't (and won't) delete them.
After 30 days
Refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion, but we're reasonable people. If something goes seriously wrong — the tool stops working for you, a feature we promised doesn't deliver, etc. — get in touch and we'll figure it out.
Chargebacks
Please email us before opening a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us a fee whether or not they succeed, and we can almost always solve the underlying issue faster than your bank can. If you've already filed one, let us know and we'll work with you to resolve it.
